Speaking To The Mountains
Hebrews 11:1 And belief is the substance of what is expected, the proof of what is not seen.
Scripture contains many verses about speaking to mountains. Yeshua speaks of faith like a mustard seed to move a mountain, but honest students of Scripture know that he didn’t mean real mountains. Mountains are places where pagans would gather as they believed their gods lived there. Our heavenly Father has chosen mount Tziyon as His domicile, simply because it is the future Yerushalayim.
However, getting back to moving them, even speaking to them, we fully understand that mountains also symbolise problems in our lives. We also know our words carry plenty of weight and speaking to a mountain would be like addressing the problem in your life.
